Kindly note that all wig units in our inventory are preorders, indicating that they are not currently stocked and are solely ordered based on individual client requests. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we require 7-21 working days for processing following the placement of your order. The indicated working days exclude public holidays. We kindly request that you consider this factor when placing your order. Furthermore, any orders submitted during the weekend will commence processing on the subsequent Monday. For deliveries within the UK, orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. Shipments to the US and Canada will be facilitated through FedEx International Priority Express, with expected delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 working days.

Upon shipment of your order, you will promptly receive an email confirmation containing pertinent shipping details, including tracking information for your convenience. All deliveries are accompanied by proof of delivery and necessitate a signature upon delivery.
